It has been 25 years since the birth of the Valley of the Moon Insight meditation group in the back room of Janey’s cabin on Shuford Creek Road. On November 13, 2018 a wonderful celebration took place at the Celo Community Center to honor these many years of insightful sitting and sharing. Sangha members from the past and present came out to enjoy a sit and dharma talk by David Chernikoff, and then a delicious potluck dinner featuring Eric Brown’s famous vegetarian lasagna. A huge thank you to all of the volunteers that made this event a rousing success.
